- ➤ Saginaw Medical Diamond project will transform the riverfront as demolition of old buildings on Washington Ave starts; the relocated CMU medical school (adjacent to MyMichigan Health) and new Tri Star Trust headquarters are part of plans with construction starting this spring and the school opening by 2028.
