- ➤ Snow removal companies in Saginaw are experiencing one of their busiest winters yet as crews work to clear roads. They plan to extend shifts if snowfall persists. WNEM
- ➤ Yesterday, Northwood University held an esports open house while the Genesee County Road Commission warned drivers to use caution on snowy roads. Earlier, TV5 phone bank calls closed Tuesday for donations to support Hockey for the Homeless, and the Great Lakes Loons (local minor league team) hosted a job fair. WNEM

- ➤ Mount Pleasant Public Schools continues its cell phone ban as a state law takes effect this fall. The law prohibits K-12 students from using phones during class except for emergencies to boost focus and reduce distractions. ABC 12
- ➤ A Goodrich Area Schools student was disciplined after using a racial slur at a varsity basketball game last week. School administrators paused the game and removed the student section to uphold the district's code of conduct. WNEM
- ➤ Northwood University held an esports open house on campus Wednesday, Feb. 25 to let interested students learn about joining its program & ask questions. WNEM
- ➤ Girls from across the area gained hands-on experience with construction careers yesterday, while Governor Whitmer delivered her final State of the State address and proposed lowering costs, boosting education and protecting healthcare access. WNEM
