The Court Street Theater in Saginaw has a new owner as local entrepreneur Jordan Dice purchased the 378-seat historic venue after it went into receivership following Thomas Braley’s death last year—Saginaw County judge approved the sale on Monday.

Dice said he will open a Saint Laurent Brothers concession stand inside the theater later this year.
