- ➤ A Michigan Liquor Control Commission report detailed 2025 on-premise liquor sales across the state, noting that Oakland and Wayne counties led in total sales while local leaders in each county, such as Saginaw’s Red Horse Tavern (sold $96,156), marked high purchases. - ➤ The 2026 Freeland Walleye Festival will run from Thursday, April 23 to Sunday, April 26 in Freeland along the Tittabawassee River.
