Washington Avenue in downtown Saginaw with a luncheon beginning at 12:00 noon and an award presentation around 12:35 p.m. Eight officers representing the City of Saginaw Police Department, Saginaw Township Police, Michigan State Police, FBI, BAYANET, Saginaw County Sheriff’s Office + the state forensic lab and Tri-City Post, nominated by command staff, will be honored for their service. - ➤ The City of Saginaw is now accepting nominations for the 2025 Neighborhood Recognition Award Program to honor homes and businesses with well-kept yards and gardens; one winner from each of the four city quadrants will be chosen monthly from June to August with a grand prize awarded in October (now in its eighth year).
