- ➤ Saginaw's Splash Park at Frank N. Andersen Celebration Park opened on Memorial Day Weekend and was open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. for free water play on the zero-depth splash pad plus portable toilets were provided as restrooms remained closed. Mid-Michigan NOW
- ➤ The Bunkhead Club is inviting monthly donations to build beds for children in Saginaw who need proper sleep. Donating $25 a month will fund a complete bed with bedding to help improve kids’ health. MLive

- ➤ The Wholesale Depot and Versatility Barbershop held a grand opening car show on Saturday in Mundy Township. Vehicle enthusiasts showed off sports cars and trucks while local vendors served food and desserts — owner Tom Tyree said he plans to host more events this summer. Mid-Michigan NOW
