- ➤ Saginaw’s transit authority is asking riders to comment on proposed budget cuts that would end weekday bus service one hour early and raise fares to save nearly $800,650 annually; officials will accept feedback via an online survey and at a public hearing at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 10th — a move following a recent deficit announcement and leadership change.
