- ➤ Team One Credit Union will break ground this summer on a new 28,000-square-foot headquarters in downtown Saginaw. The three-story facility will house a retail branch, collaborative workspaces, and a 2,400-square-foot community room for public events — while the current building is set to be replaced by a community plaza and green space. - ➤ Kenneth J. Combs, 47, allegedly threatened a mass shooting at Great Lakes Bay Health Centers' Roosevelt S. - ➤ A 39-year-old woman from Vassar died late Saturday night when a 45-year-old man from Akron allegedly drove under the influence, lost control near Unionville Road and M-24, and crashed into a ditch—police said the driver was treated at a local hospital for serious injuries—and the investigation is ongoing.
