- ➤ A 79-year-old woman died after firefighters pulled her from a house fire in the 12000 block of Moorish Road in Taymouth Township—just before 7 p.m.—as a Saginaw County sheriff deputy cut his arm breaking through a window, was treated for minor injuries, and investigators from the Michigan State Police Fire Investigating Unit work to determine the cause. - ➤ A house fire in Taymouth Township on Sunday claimed the life of a 79-year-old woman—fire crews arrived just before 7:00 p.m. at the 12000 block of Moorish Road and a sheriff’s deputy sustained minor injuries breaking a window to enter the house. WSGW
