- ➤ Saginaw Transit Authority and Regional Services have partnered with SVSU to offer free STARS bus rides with a valid SVSU ID starting Oct. 1—giving students, faculty and staff a better way to reach classes and campus activities. The free service covers more than 500 stops, including the Ryder Center area, and runs until Sept. 2026. WNEM
