Good morning, Saginaw.

Since July 11, many parts of Lower Michigan received only two to four inches of rain instead of over six, so local gardeners should water new trees, shrubs and plants slowly and add mulch to keep soil wet before the hot, dry week ahead—helping to protect their gardens.
