Montrose celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Veterans’ Bell Memorial at Barber Memorial Park on Sunday, Sept.
13, honoring local service members with cannon fire and bell ringing as a tribute to their sacrifices and community pride.

The Japanese Cultural Center hosted its annual Japan Festival yesterday at its Tea House and garden, where visitors enjoyed music, calligraphy, and martial arts.
The event celebrated the Tea House's 40th anniversary (65th anniversary of the sister city link with Tokushima).
