- ➤ The Texas-based fast-food chain Raising Cane’s will open its first Saginaw County restaurant next year on Bay Road in a 2,823-square-foot building after the Kochville Township planning commission approved the site plan to replace the longtime Lover’s Lane store — the new location is expected to attract high community traffic when it opens by late summer or early fall.
