- ➤ City staff will host the fourth annual 'We Love Saginaw Businesses' trunk-or-treat event tomorrow at Celebration Park from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., where local business owners will decorate vehicles, hand out candy and promotional items, and add extra fun with a live DJ—community tent and a Kids Zone featuring city trucks and emergency vehicles.
