- ➤ On Nov. 14, a car ran a red light and crashed into another vehicle, striking the main entrance of a popular Old Town Saginaw restaurant—according to its co-owner. WNEM
- ➤ Water flooded Genesee Ave between Franklin St. and S. Warren Ave. on Monday afternoon after a water main broke, and the city controlled the pressure while maintenance crews plan to repair the pipe and backfill the work area in three to four days — they are investigating the cause. WNEM

- ➤ Central Michigan University Research Corp is accepting applications for the free Lift ME accelerator program until Jan. 7 at 11:59 p.m.—the program helps for-profit businesses in the Great Lakes Bay Region that have operated for at least two years and earn over $30,000 a year by providing custom work plans, monthly workshops, weekly virtual sessions, and networking events.
